Your withdrawal bleeding started on schedule and your birth control pills should have protected you. Pregnancy is very unlikely under the described circumstances.

If you have not missed the starting of this cycle (on the eighth day following the last active pill of the previous pill cycle, the chances for pregnancy is minimal. Bleeding after "two days" from the last active pill is a normal event.
