Unlikely: Hiccups are a sporadic event caused by a nerve wave running through the breathing muscle. It is common in later pregnancy & the first few months. The origin is thought to be the closeness of the breathing muscle as it rubs against the stomach. Frequency will fade as baby gets older/bigger & the structure separate. What you mean by "baby sour" is unknown.
