Virus is present: Hepatitis B & HIV can be transmitted by sexual exposure to blood or bodily fluids, injection drug use, and household contact with someone who has hepatitis B. Cuts, sores and rashes can aid transmission .Skin can't transmit HIV or HBV. So in your case if you had intact skin on your finger, than you are ok. But as a precaution have your PCP screen you, if your partner is +ve for either virus.
