Yes: The flu is very contagious and is quite worrisome during pregnancy. You may have some natural immunity or not have had enough exposure to become infected. I would call your obgyn's service & discuss the details of your exposure & get their input on the matter.

Flu vaccine: Influenza can be dangerous for pregnant women, especially later in pregnancy, because as the baby gets bigger, your lungs can't expand as well. It is very important for pregnant women to get their flu vaccine as early in the season as possible. If you do get symptoms of the flu (fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat) you should see your doctor immediately for possible antiviral treatment.
