Back pain: Most back pain is muscular. THis is probably more so due to your age and the fact that you work out. Best thing is still work-out but not so aggressively. Gentle stretching of the muscles is the best way to help with the pain.

Radiculopathy: There are multiple potential causes. Among the more common is a condition known as radiculopathy in which a nerve is irritated in the pack causing pain to run into the leg. This is sometimes referred to as a “sciatica”. Don’t hesitate to be seen and evaluated.
