Polyradiculopathy : A pinched nerve in the low back can commonly cause back pain as well as pain in the lower extremity ("bum", leg, femur, etc.). If the femoral pain is in the front of the thigh, it is likely multiple nerves are irritated at the same time. "bladder pain" and fever may be due to a separate entity such as a uti.
