Case-by-case: I can't recommend a specific medication because i haven't seen you as a patient. So i'd suggest you see your own physician who can review your history and symptoms, examine you, and check any needed labs. Many people with panic attacks and ongoing anxiety respond well to a combination of ssri antidepressants and psychotherapy. A psychiatrist and psychotherapist can help also.

Panic Attacks: Good results have been seen with use of clonazapam, prescribed by a psychiatrist. Your doctor might also want to add in an antidepressant as well.

Anxiety meds.: First choice are ssri antidepressants, due to low addiction potential. If response inadequate, benzodiazepines can be supplemented.
