Better not: The drug is a combination medicine, a muscle relaxant (mephensin) and a pain killer (paracetamol), the muscle relaxant is excreted in breast milk, in a small amount though, but may cause side effects to the breastfed infant, she can try plain paracetamol orally and warm compresses on her neck, wish you all wellness
