Svt,vt: Short pr intervals increase potential for svt. Short runs of v tach are of concern, but absence of structural heart disease is reassuring. If you're symptomatic from the dysrhythmias, treatment with beta blockers is reasonable.I recommend a second opinion with a cardiac electrophysiology specialist.
