Syncope: Passing out ( syncope) can have a variety of causes, some of them serious. Heart disease is one of the possibilities, and your doctor will want to take a history, perform an examination and order tests to sort this out. Please see your doctor about these episodes.

Many possibilities: These events sound concerning. There could be many causes for these. Are you doing any drugs? Are you taking any new meds? Have you lost a lot of weight recently? Are you diabetic and could this be hypoglycemic events.? Could these be seizures? Are they simple fainting spells? I would see your doctor immediately to try to figure this out

Complicated: This is difficult to answer in this small space. There are so many possibilities that come to mind from infectious, hormonal, autoimmune, neurologic and/or primary cardiac that could lead to this constellation of symptoms. You need to make sure your evaluation is being spearheaded/coordinated by your primary care physician, as this sounds like it needs a comprehensive evaluation. Best of luck.
