Polypsth: are tumors, "growths" and as such they certainly grow over time. The "trick" is to decide when they are no longer "welcome"....#1 reason for removal is "pre-cancerous" state ( Some BOWEL polyps have that postential) and the second reason is that they are causing symptoms!You and your Doctor need to confer!
