Depends: It depends somewhat on the degree of swelling and time from csection. It is fairly normal to have some degree of swelling in the legs after csection and it represents “third spacing” of the fluids you received during surgery. This often reaches a peak about 3-5 days post surge very and usually resolves over 10-14 days as your body diureses. I would just let your doctor know.
