Recurrent hernias: Twin vaginal delivery produces a lot of stretching and stress on the lower abdominal areas. If your hernias are in the inguinal or femoral areas the fibrous tendons and structures may need a substantial revision and reconstruction and not just in the specific area of the hernia location. Please notify your surgeon next time of your past history and his/her experience in performing a reconstruction
