I was told that i have a super tight scm by a chiropractor. can that cause lightheadedness if it has a trigger point? all other tests i've had have come back normal. left scm and jaw is always super tight. if so, tips on fixing it myself??

You can get headaches. Yes, there are stretching exercises that you can do: Chin raised, turn to look to the left and then slowly bring the chin up diagonally to point toward the ceiling. Hold for 20. Repeat.
