A member asked:

Is it true or a myth that shaving on the face where there is no hair will make hair appear and start to grow? thanks

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Myth: That is myth. Hair growth is determined by your specific DNA. Shaving has no effect. Teenagers who claim it matters are simply growing up, and their hair would have thickened and darkened anyway.
