Multiple factors: Yes, ovulation frequency is not as prevalent at age 39, but you have had two non viable ovulation pregnancies. Cervical surgical procedures can cause an incompetent cervix allowing repeated miscarriages. Genetic and chromosomal causes are the primary causes of repeat pregnancy loss.
