Can lexapro & omeprazole have interactions with earl grey tea ? i took the 2 meds in the am and then drank tea later, became sweaty, tingly & flushed

Maybe skip the tea: I couldn't find any documented adverse interactions with Lexapro or omeprazole and tea if caffeinated. However, try avoiding earl grey tea, which may have an ingredient that's causing these symptoms that interacts with meds; but not identified, listed or easily found.
