Fever: It is doubtful that the ovarian cyst is causing the fever. At this time observe for symptoms of sore throat, cough, diarrhea or urinary burning. Take Tylenol, drink fluids and if a simple viral upper respiratory tract infection develops it runs its course in several days. High fever, heavy cough, rash, abdominal or pelvic pain,or urinary symptoms warrant a call to your MD.
