Went to doc for bruise today she said it was nothing to worry about it came out of nowhere though she didnt do blood work though as i had a lot of blood tests done 6 weeks ago all were great could leukemia still be an issue no other symptoms ?

Some basics : Leukemia is a process where the place that makes all your blood elements is invaded/overtaken by the abnormal leukemia cell. Bruising from leukemia represents a lack of platelets, the tiny clot helpers that plug leaks in capillaries when you bump something. Platelets live only a few hours so taking your blood pressure during you visit would have caused physical changes your doc would have seen.
