Ovulation bleeding: Pain during ovulation generally comes from rupture of ovarian follicles, or activation of endometriosis implants secondary to the drop in estrogen which occurs just prior to ovulation. Bleeding during sex may arise from inflammed cervical mucosa which is easily irritated by sexual activity. See your gyn physician as this can be treated by hot or cold cauterization.
