Just a quick question, is it riskly for a person who once had a lumbar spine fracture injury to give normal birth?

Not typically: No, not typically. Unless there was sometime of severe sequela from the injury such as a neurological deficit or deformity. If you felt like you made a full recovery from a spine fracture, unlikely there would be any issues.
