Brace: Her initial compression fracture of the spine should have healed after 3 months. Does she have severe osteporosis with ongoing collapsed verterbrae? If so she may need a back brace or cement injection into the spine as well as osteoporosis treatment.

See a specialist: I would suggest that she see a spine specialist for a complete evaluation. If there is not a surgical lesion, then a pain management specialist would be helpful.
