Pain in pelvis: The typical signs of an ectopic pregnancy include: 1. Late period 2. Positive pregnancy test 3. Periodic vaginal bleeding / spotting 4. Pelvic pain on one side or the other if you are 10 days late, and your pregnancy test is negative, then an ectopic is extremely unlikely. Go in to your doctor for a confirmatory blood test.
