Good day; i have a 7week old baby that just had her 6week vaccinations 4 days ago. since yesterday shes been very congested, sinuses are blocked.

Likely a coincidence: At that age nasal congestion is often a reflection of exposure to airborne irritants like dust/smoke/perfumes/cleaning agents. A nasal washout with saline is often helpful. If it is related to any of the vaccines it would not be considered significant.
