Blood Pressure check: 26 y/o says, i get lightheaded when I stay standing up a lo so depressed thinking it's serious issues i wish it's not. Probably not . One should see PCP to have Blood Pressure checked Sitting, Lying down and Standing in addition to having a good Physical Examination including having the ears checked. At 26 y/o most causes of lightheadedness are fixable. Don't be depressed. See M.D!

Lightheaded: When rising the blood has to pump to the head quickly. If a bit too slow one can get dizzy, e.g., low blood pressure. There are other causes too so please see your doctor. Peace and good health.
