How to remove body dysmorphic disorder?

Body dysmorphic: Disorder is excessive concern & preoccupation with a perceived body defect. Focus on your ability to do things & be active rather than your appearance. It can be difficult to change a rigid & fixed belief, so talk to a mental health professional to help change your inaccurate perceptions & thoughts.

Get therapy: Psychological evaluation can determine if you have this condition. Body dysmorphic disorder is a mental health disorder in which one becomes extremely focused on perceived body/ facial defects that don't actually exist. It can damage self esteem and quality of life. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a good choice for treatment.
