"Cure" : There is no "cure" per say, but there is certainly treatment for body dysmorphia. You may want to seek a therapist who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders or specifically body dysmporphia... Cognitive behavioral therapy works well. Best wishes!

Body Dysmorphia: There can be significant progress - not always a cure. Body dysmorphic disorder is a mental health disorder in which one becomes extremely focused on perceived body/ facial defects that don't actually exist. It can damage self esteem & quality of life. Psychological evaluation can determine if you have this condition. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a good choice for tx.
