Low sperm count: Sorry for your accident. Low sperm count can be an issue, but there are many ways to work with this and still have children. It's important to discuss this further with your doctor. Also, continue to use birth control if you currently want to avoid having children as low sperm count does not mean you cannot get someone pregnant.
