Options: If you have symptoms that you can't adequately control on your own, then it would be helpful to see a good therapist. Cognitive behavioral therapy may be beneficial. You may or may not need psychotropic medications. Acupuncture, tai chi & deep breathing exercises may be good adjuncts.
