Took plan b 2-3 days before estimated ovulation date.a week later i was bleeding like i do when im on my period. is this a normal effect?

Probably: The bleeding that you are having is probably a reaction to the hormones in the plan b pill that you took. Also do a home pregnancy test to make sure that you are not pregnant. If you do not want become pregnant use bcp so you do not need again to take plan b and having similar problems.
