I wouldn't: Ghat skin is quite sensitive and absorptive. It is hard to predict what sort of reaction you would have to the strange chemicals contained in that gel. Find a mild steroid cream like 1/2% hydrocortizone and use it no more than twice a day in small amounts. It should resolve the itching & irritation involved.
