Generally none: Most people get the flu shot without any side effects, but occasionally it may cause flu like symptoms such as muscle aches, low fevers, and sniffles. Fevers are rare, but is not impossible to have this reaction as the purpose of any vaccination is to stimulate your own immune system to form antibodies for potential future attacks and may mount a stronger response than typical.
