Sinus pressure: Even though not over the sinuses, sinus pressure most likely if no fever. Make some hot tea and steam his nose out or have him take hot shower or bath. Flonase and other nasal steroids are now over the counter. Ibuprofen if he does not have sensitive stomach will decrease the inflammation. Even if you are not sure what he is sensitive to, benadryl can help him sleep.
