Hard to say: I suppose the relevant issue is did they ever need to look for it ? In a kid whose nasal breathing seems normal at 2, when the structures are small, could you find it within the overgrowth of the adenoidal tissue being removed, or the bloody field remaining after removal? Hire your lawyers & consultants if you choose. That's if any would take the case. Stuff like this happens.
