Can certain medication for ex pain killers cause a pain below ur right rib if so cud it be a liver problem?

YES: Excess naprosyn, acetaminophen, NSAIDS, can affect the liver; however, mostly kidney issues, usually in high doses only or if allergic/sensitive to the medication. Other offenders would be gallbladder problems, latent hepatitis, drug abuse, exposure to toxic chemicals.
