I have pimples on my legs and these are leaving marks on my legs and they marks are not clearing. its big red pimples. took allergic meds but not hel?

Doubt pimples: Your legs does not have the type of skin that generates pimples.It does have hair roots & pores that are susceptible to abscesses/pustules that may look similar. Allergy meds would not be expected to do anything. You likely have a colony of staph germs living in your nasal passages that you transfer to these sites. Local antibiotic creams may help some but testing & oral antibiotics may be needed.
