Doubt pimples: Your legs does not have the type of skin that generates pimples.It does have hair roots & pores that are susceptible to abscesses/pustules that may look similar. Allergy meds would not be expected to do anything. You likely have a colony of staph germs living in your nasal passages that you transfer to these sites. Local antibiotic creams may help some but testing & oral antibiotics may be needed.
