Yes!: Exposure to cold temperatures suppresses the immune system and so opportunities for infection increase. Also cold air is generally dry air which can irritate your airways and cause or worsen wheezing, coughing and shortness of breath. So to help with prevention and treatment of pneumonia and other pulmonary conditions you should try to stay warm!
