Bubbles: in the urine are caused by protein in the urine (proteinuria). This can be caused by infection, certain metabolic conditions, and certain medications, including Bactrim. You may want to consider seeing your doctor to have your proteinuria worked up to ascertain the cause. Hope this helps!
