Consult your doctor: It all depends on if your eyes are just swollen, itchy and has a discharge too. How long have they been swollen.Do you get up in the morning with the swollen eyes or do they become worse during the day.It could be an infection if it is short term and they are discharging.Just swollen can mean high blood pressure.Consult your doctor.

Using this site: You can get the most reasoned & specific answers on this site when you provide detail about any health issue you question. Details like how long, itchy or not, effect on vision, any preceding exposures to chemicals (makeup, hairspray, chlorine in a pool) bug bites near the eyes, etc all matter. You may just need to see a doc, but with more detail a suggestion of care may be possible.

Depends: It is unlikely that your eyes are swollen. It may be that eyes are protruding, if so see a doctor. If your eye lids are swollen, especially if there are bags under the eyes, reduce your intake of salt. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
