Depends on the cause: Swollen eyes can be due to allergy which is the most common cause of swollen eyes but it can also be caused by infection and can be a sign of underlying disese of kidneys, hormone related.
So treatment depends on cause, you can try cold compresses and an over the counter anthistamine like benadryl, (diphenhydramine) Claritin or zyrtec, and if no improvement see your doctor.

Don't expose urself: To d sun (my bad!). Lid swelling could not just be from sun exposure but it could be from conditions related to ur heart and kidneys. See ur dr for an evaluation. Take care!
