Swollen eyes: Your daughter may have an allergic reaction to something, an insect bite, an eye injury, an infection, or pinkeye. It is ok to try some artificial tears, such as theratears, but if you do not see improvement in 1 hour, call your local ophthalmologist.

? Allergy related: Your description sounds like the lid swelling may be allergy related although other issues can cause similar symptomology. Try cool compresses, chilled artificial tears, and topical and/or oral allergy meds. If no improvement, see an eye doctor.
