Calm down: Don't let your nerves get the best of you. What body part got the cat scan and why? I would see an orthopedist since there is hand and foot involvement and let them conclude if you have isolated nerve compressions i.E carpal and tarsal tunner syndrome or some radiculpathy more proximally i.E the back, or some systemic disorder. I do not think the sinus headache is related. Feel better.

See a neurologist: There are several causes for tingling in the foot and hand. It is difficult for anyone to diagnose you without a complete history and physical exam. Tingling with headaches could mean you are having an atypical type of migraine or it could be coincidental. I suggest you see a neurologist for further workup.
