Several options: I'm going to assume that you're referring to spinal pinched nerves. Treatment options include physical therapy, medications (i.e. Membrane stabilizers, steroid dose packs, anti-inflammatories), and spinal injections. Alternative treatment options also include acupuncture and biofeedback.

Multiple Options: You can try a chiropractor to attempt manipulations to relieve the pain. A pain specialist can assist with medications or epidural steroids. A rehabilitation doctor can help with strength building exercises and passive stretching techniques for your spine. I myself, have used acupuncture with good effect.
