I have a red patch that suddenly appeared on my leg on monday. it looks like eczema but its not dry and it burns to the touch. it was light red at first but now its turning a deeper red/burgundy. ?

Skin lesion: it very well might not be eczema especially if it is changing color and is tender. It will be helpful to see if it is cellulitis/insect bite.
