Vasomotor rhinitis : This is called vasomotor rhinitis of pregnancy from hormonal changes. Since topical nasal decongestant cannot be used on a daily basis as pointed out by the other doctor, sometimes a Rx nasal antihistamine may work. I would also consider a hypertonic or xylitol nasal spray- whatever works best for you. This usually resolves after delivery of the baby.
