It's your life: If you have the routine runny nose/nasal congestion/sneezing with exposure to allergens it is just irritating. Allergy meds are designed to block the sites that react to allergens & trigger drainage/sneezing. Some can cross into the brain & make you feel different, if so use one that doesn't like fexofenadine. Otherwise just live with your allergies like they did before we had the meds.

See allergist: If the problem has so affected the quality of your life, you need to handle it. Suggest that you consult an allergist. There is little reason to live with your allergies today given many options on effective treatment. You may also need psychologic counseling to help you with the anxiety.
