Swollen gums from?: There are many possible causes such as mouth breathing, medications, hormonal changes, etc. However, the most likely cause is gingivitis from plaque & calculus on your teeth. When was your last dental checkup including a professional dental cleaning? Have you ever asked your dentist or hygienist to show you how best to brush and floss? Do you brush & floss for at least 2 minutes? See your dentist
