Swollen gums: See a dentist about this. Red swollen gums mean you have an infection and this needs to be treated by a dentist. You r dentist will do an exam and then the treatment will be to clean your teeth.depending on the severity of your problem the procedure may be scaling and root planing to remove the bacterial build up below you gums. Don't delay. This will not get better without treatment.
