It's always free if:: There are 2 main parts of Health Tap: this part, where anyone can ask any question and hope one (or more) doctors answer. There is no charge; it is free to everyone. But one can also go to Health Tap Prime where you pay for private online consultations with a doctor in your state. I am unaware of free trials for the Prime service but you can contact the company at connect@healthtap.com and ask.
