Nasal saline spray: Flonase , hot steam showers( inhale steam through nose and mouth) Zinc lozenges- Zyrtec or Claritn ( for dripping nose and post nasal drip_ force fluids x 8-10 glasses of elecrolyte rich fluids/day ( G, Powerade etc). rest.
